Requirements
- Active CPA license.
- 5+ years of audit experience at a Big 4 or large national or regional public accounting firm.
- Direct experience leading or co-leading a financial statement audit from the company side.
- Strong technical U.S. GAAP knowledge, specifically in consolidations, financial statement preparation, and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
- Experience with NetSuite, preferably in a multi-subsidiary environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience working within a multi-entity organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary review checkpoint for the Accounting Manager, reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet support.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements with footnote disclosures under U.S. GAAP.
- Lead the annual audit process end-to-end, including PBC list management and auditor communication.
- Support treasury functions including cash positioning, bank relationships, and intercompany cash movements.
- Assist with liquidity monitoring, cash flow forecasting, and debt or covenant tracking.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership, including KPIs and variance analysis.
- Act as a thought partner to the SVP of Finance on audit readiness and close process improvements.
