Requirements
- Experience with end-to-end payroll processing in-house or with a payroll service provider.
- Strong knowledge of payroll best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international, and asynchronous environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Productivity-focused mindset with a drive for process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for the country.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
- Process full end-to-end payroll in-house, including statutory filing, exceptions, approvals, and payments.
- Ensure full data integrity, quality, and payroll reconciliations.
- Focus on KPIs and SLAs while implementing process improvements.
- Mentor and support payroll specialists.
- Provide backup for regional managers during absences.
