Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, PR, or related field.
- 2–4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, ambassador programs, or community management.
- Proven track record of building and managing creator communities or retention programs.
- Demonstrated ability to turn one-off collaborations into repeat, long-term brand relationships.
- Strong understanding of creator relationships, campaign partnerships, gifting, and organic advocacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple relationships, follow-ups, and campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the wellness, beauty, lifestyle, health, or consumer brand creator landscape.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal marketing teams and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow the creator community and ambassador program with a focus on long-term engagement.
- Convert successful one-off influencer collaborations into repeat partnerships and ongoing relationships.
- Act as the day-to-day relationship lead to ensure creators feel valued, supported, and connected.
- Own creator retention activity to increase repeat collaborations and earned organic reach.
- Collaborate with the New Collabs Specialist for smooth handovers from initial outreach to relationship management.
- Track creator engagement, repeat collaboration performance, and community growth metrics.
- Maintain organized records of creator relationships, campaign participation, and engagement activity.
