Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing website content and delivering measurable improvements in organic search performance.
- Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create clear, persuasive, natural American English content.
- Strong experience managing writers, editorial briefs, content calendars, deadlines, approvals, and publication workflows.
- Practical knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, internal linking, content audits, search intent, and ethical link building.
- Experience using analytics and SEO tools to diagnose performance issues and prioritize actions.
- Experience working with a content management system and coordinating website content publication.
- Strong organizational, project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with detailed hands-on execution.
- Consistent working-hour overlap with US Eastern Time is required.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the content strategy and editorial calendar across both websites.
- Manage writers and editors by recruiting talent, assigning briefs, and providing feedback.
- Oversee the full content lifecycle from research and production through publication and optimization.
- Manage website content through the CMS, ensuring quality, formatting, and effective calls to action.
- Lead SEO strategy including keyword research, content audits, on-page optimization, and technical SEO initiatives.
- Manage ethical link-building and digital PR initiatives to earn authoritative coverage.
- Improve conversion performance by optimizing customer journeys and inquiry paths.
- Maintain performance reporting using tools such as Google Search Console and GA4.
