Requirements
- Completed degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Publicity or a related field.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear and engaging content.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and/or marketing automation tools.
- Analytical skills to manipulate datasets using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Reading proficiency in English.
- Ability and willingness to learn new software and digital tools quickly.
- Interest in collaborating with marketing and sales teams.
- Familiarity with lead-generation strategies (desirable).
- Knowledge of copywriting techniques and psychological triggers (desirable).
- Familiarity with A/B testing (desirable).
- Experience with Google Looker Studio (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies for B2C lead generation.
- Execute outbound marketing strategies for B2B lead generation using email and automation.
- Create and optimize CRM workflows, email sequences, and lead-nurturing flows.
- Write persuasive copy for outbound campaigns, emails, and CTAs.
- Manage and optimize campaigns using marketing automation tools.
- Analyze and segment databases for targeted reach.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and identify performance improvements.
- Maintain high-quality, up-to-date email lists within CRM systems.
