Requirements
- Strong editorial judgment and audience-building instincts.
- Proven experience creating B2B, practitioner-led, or professional editorial content.
- Strong interviewing and synthesis skills to turn complex workflows into engaging content.
- Experience growing newsletter engagement, subscriber audiences, or community participation.
- Proficiency across multimedia formats including newsletters, social, video, podcasts, webinars, or events.
- Comfort using analytics and audience signals to guide content experimentation.
- Experience collaborating with contributors, subject matter experts, and strategic partners.
- Understanding of SEO, distribution strategies, and AI discovery trends.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to operate with speed, experimentation discipline, and audience empathy.
Responsibilities
- Create, assign, edit, write, and publish editorial content across articles, newsletters, social, video, podcasts, livestreams, and events.
- Develop content informed by real practitioner insight, including interviews, contributor conversations, and social listening.
- Improve SEO-driven and community-driven content with stronger practitioner insight, storytelling, and structure.
- Identify, recruit, and manage finance contributors, practitioners, SMEs, and strategic partners.
- Use data from Marfeel, GA, and HubSpot to guide content optimization and experimentation.
- Package and distribute content across newsletters, social, search, Discover, and community channels.
- Monitor performance metrics including subscriber growth, newsletter engagement, and search visibility.
