- Strong editorial judgment and audience-growth instincts.
- Professional experience creating B2B or practitioner-led editorial content.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex technical topics into clear, engaging editorial formats.
- Experience growing subscriber audiences, newsletter engagement, or community participation.
- Proficiency with multimedia formats including podcasts, video, webinars, and social media.
- Experience using analytics data to guide editorial experimentation and optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, contributors, and strategic partners.
- Understanding of SEO, AI discovery trends, and audience distribution strategies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Create, assign, edit, and publish editorial content across articles, newsletters, social, video, podcasts, and events.
- Develop content based on practitioner insights, interviews, and engineering community conversations.
- Build content to help technology leaders make better decisions regarding tools, systems, AI adoption, and workflows.
- Improve SEO-driven content and build topical authority around engineering leadership and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with contributors, SMEs, and partners to expand audience reach and distribution.
- Monitor performance metrics such as subscriber growth, newsletter engagement, and search visibility to guide optimization.
