Requirements
- 3+ years of design experience in presentation, pitch, or new business design.
- Proven experience working within a performance marketing, media, or creative agency.
- Portfolio demonstrating successful deck design and business-winning pitch materials.
- Expert level command of PowerPoint and Google Slides (master layouts, animation).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Video editing and motion graphics capability in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong data visualization skills and judgment for visual storytelling.
- Ability to work from strategy and analytics inputs effectively.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under compressed deadlines.
- Collaborative instincts with experience taking direction from senior stakeholders.
- Availability to flex during pitch windows, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with digital and print production technical aspects.
Responsibilities
- Manage pitch workload and identify resource needs across the enterprise pursuit pipeline.
- Design full pitch decks from narrative to appendix based on Growth Lead content.
- Develop custom branding and design guidelines for new business pursuits.
- Visualize audit findings, media plans, and performance data for sophisticated buyers.
- Produce motion graphics and video assets, including sizzle reels and animated case studies.
- Assemble and maintain the master pitch template, slide library, and reusable components.
- Format RFP and RFI written responses to match brand identity.
- Deliver presenter-ready files across PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, PDF, and video formats.
- Support rehearsal rounds and live pitch delivery, managing late-stage changes.
- Archive final files, source files, and linked assets post-pursuit.
