7+ years in Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Engineering.
Proven experience building an internal developer platform from the ground up for federal clients through ATO.
Expertise in cloud-native tools: Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, Karpenter/KEDA, Prometheus, Grafana, Trino, Dagster, and dbt.
Extensive experience with AWS services: EKS, S3, Glue, IAM/IRSA, ECR, SageMaker, and Bedrock.
Strong CI/CD background using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
Fluent in automation and scripting languages: Python, Bash, and Go.
Working knowledge of federal compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-53, FISMA, and ATO processes.
Experience operating in GovCloud or regulated environments.
Excellent technical documentation and knowledge transfer skills.
Client-facing experience and comfortable mentoring teammates.

Evolve Terraform and ArgoCD foundation to ensure a declarative, self-healing, and recoverable platform.
Build and operate a multi-tenant, self-service platform including app onboarding and internal developer tooling.
Manage Kubernetes on AWS GovCloud including autoscaling, ingress, and gateway integration.
Architect and deploy AIOps/MLOps pipelines, model training/serving, and GenAI/Bedrock workloads.
Enable a data lakehouse architecture utilizing Trino, Iceberg, Glue, S3, Dagster, and dbt.
Deliver observability and SLOs via Prometheus and Grafana dashboards.
Automate security and compliance including secrets management, policy-as-code, and ATO artifact generation.
Partner with government stakeholders to translate mission needs into platform capabilities.
