Requirements
- 5+ years of professional mobile engineering experience in an agile environment delivering native applications on both Android and iOS.
- Android proficiency: Kotlin (and Java), Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, Dagger/Hilt, Retrofit, Room.
- iOS proficiency: Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit, Swift Concurrency, Combine, Core Data or equivalent.
- Demonstrated day-to-day use of agentic AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
- Experience with version control via GitHub and pull-request based workflows.
- Strong knowledge of SOLID principles, clean coding, and automated testing (Espresso, UI Automator, XCTest/XCUITest).
- Proven track record of publishing and maintaining apps on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
- Ability to quickly debug and work within unfamiliar architectures or incomplete documentation.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with technical leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of user-facing features across mobile experiences.
- Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to bring new capabilities to market.
- Ship features through rapid iterations and continuous deployment on both app stores.
- Utilize modern AI coding and agentic tools to accelerate engineering tasks and incident investigation.
- Maintain high-quality, well-tested production codebases.
- Take ownership of existing production systems and resolve complex architectural issues.
