Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.
- Genuine empathy, warmth, and active listening skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex information.
- Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
- Willingness to obtain P&C license within 2 weeks of starting (licensing costs fully funded).
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy and care.
- Educate customers by uncovering savings and coverage gaps, explaining complex policy details clearly.
- Guide customers through the selection process and bind tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners.
- Listen to and address customer concerns with empathy to ensure a transparent purchasing experience.
- Share direct customer feedback with the product team to help refine app and service offerings.
