Requirements
- Proven experience running multiple product lines simultaneously as distinct businesses.
- Direct responsibility for revenue and margin for a product line.
- Experience leading a product organization of 20+ employees, including a layer of product leaders.
- Demonstrated success operating in a founder-led organization through rapid growth periods.
- Experience partnering with GTM and Finance leadership on pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy.
- Ability to develop product managers into general managers.
- Bias for action and ability to make decisions under ambiguity.
- Strong track record of evidence-based prioritization and strategy.
- Availability to attend bi-annual in-person company meetings in January and July.
- Ability to work during scheduled working hours with a stable high-speed internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product management organization as a portfolio of individual business lines.
- Drive unit economics, revenue, and retention targets across the product portfolio.
- Develop and mentor Group Product Managers to operate as general managers of their product domains.
- Define a rationalized investment roadmap based on customer evidence and business outcomes.
- Partner with Engineering, Finance, RevOps, GTM, and Customer Success to align on business logic and strategy.
- Translate business reviews into clear direction for product leaders and teams.
