Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management or related areas.
- Familiarity with the payments ecosystem, including authorization, capture, refund, and card features like network tokens and 3D-Secure.
- Ability to define, track, and interpret key payments metrics to guide prioritization.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Proficiency in product management and roadmap tools such as Jira and Notion.
- Experience writing PRDs and technical specifications.
- Experience using data to track performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of product strategy for payment solutions aligned with business goals.
- Build and maintain the product roadmap by contributing input on feature prioritization based on impact and feasibility.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, Product Marketing, and Implementation Management teams to support product development and launches.
- Define and track key product metrics using data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support communication of product value and capabilities to diverse stakeholders.
