Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Golang
- Proven experience developing high-scale web applications and APIs
- Solid understanding of REST API design and backend architecture
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
- Hands-on experience deploying and running services in cloud environments
- Experience working in a 'you build it, you run it' setup
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
- Fluent English (C1 level)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in Go
- Build and evolve high-performance APIs powering customer-facing applications
- Ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability of production systems
- Collaborate closely with Product and Frontend teams to deliver impactful features
- Take ownership of services in production including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance improvements
- Contribute to a modern development environment including CI/CD, automated testing, Docker, and cloud deployments
