Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
- 12+ years of progressive procurement leadership experience.
- 3–5 years in a senior leadership position within SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.
- Proven experience in global strategy, managing international spend, and contract negotiation.
- Demonstrated experience supporting IPO preparation and/or SOX readiness.
- Strong proficiency with procurement technology and spend-management systems like Tipalti and NetSuite.
- Extensive experience managing global Travel & Expense programs and corporate card ecosystems.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
- Ability to build, lead, and mentor globally distributed teams.
- Deep understanding of information security and privacy requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global procurement strategy aligned with a scaling SaaS organization.
- Build and lead a global procurement operating model with consistent sourcing and governance.
- Apply an AI-first approach to procurement, risk management, and compliance.
- Own end-to-end strategic supplier and software relationships and contract negotiations.
- Implement and optimize spend-management technologies like NetSuite and Tipalti.
- Transform global Travel & Expense functions and corporate card programs.
- Partner with executive leadership to manage budgets, savings targets, and financial planning.
- Ensure all supplier engagements and software agreements comply with security and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop globally distributed procurement teams.
