Requirements
- JD or equivalent legal qualification.
- At least 3 years of transactional legal experience in areas such as M&A, private equity, capital markets, finance, fund formation, banking, venture capital, real estate, or a related practice.
- Experience at a top-tier law firm or sophisticated in-house legal organization.
- Strong understanding of the workflows, priorities, challenges, and commercial demands faced by corporate legal teams.
- Excellent executive presence and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Confidence leading live product demonstrations, workshops, strategic discussions, and customer-facing presentations.
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence and its potential to transform legal practice.
- Practical, solutions-oriented approach with strong judgment.
- Customer-focused mindset and enthusiasm for working directly with legal practitioners.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with current and prospective corporate legal customers to understand workflow challenges, uncover pain points, and recommend relevant technology solutions.
- Demonstrate how the platform can support real-world legal workflows through tailored product demonstrations, workshops, use cases, and customer conversations.
- Act as a key voice of the customer, translating insights and feedback from practicing lawyers into actionable product direction.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to help shape product priorities, features, workflows, and roadmap development.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support customer engagement, adoption, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop and refine legal workflows and use cases that accurately reflect the way sophisticated corporate legal teams operate.
- Introduce new AI-enabled capabilities in ways that are credible, practical, and tailored to each customer's specific needs.
- Build trusted relationships with legal professionals and help customers understand how emerging AI capabilities can transform established legal processes.
