Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in financial services, investments, wealth management, sales, or client service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
- Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
- Knowledge of investment and wealth management products, services, and industry trends.
- Understanding of sales, client service, and investment advisory processes.
- Ability to complete the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) and applicable derivatives examination within the required timeframe.
- Functional understanding of risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Professional and client-focused approach with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Understand clients’ investment and wealth management objectives and recommend appropriate products and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Proactively contact clients to identify opportunities to improve their experience and address their investment needs.
- Achieve established sales objectives while maintaining a focus on appropriate investment solutions.
- Accurately document client interactions and maintain information in service systems.
- Analyze client issues and determine appropriate next steps for timely resolution.
- Comply with all regulatory, compliance, privacy, and anti-money laundering requirements.
