Job Details

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Strong experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), management reporting, or related finance functions.
Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis.
Proven experience partnering with senior business and operational stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of operational drivers.
Experience preparing executive-level management reports and Board materials.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining complex financial models.
Experience evaluating business cases and financial returns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Experience with financial systems, business intelligence tools, and data analytics.
Interest in process improvement and automation of finance operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, international environment.

Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Translate operational and commercial drivers into accurate financial forecasts.
Maintain and enhance financial planning and forecasting models.
Deliver detailed monthly variance analysis and identify performance drivers, risks, and trends.
Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
Evaluate financial business cases, capital investment proposals, and return assessments.
Prepare monthly management reporting packs and quarterly Board materials.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility into key indicators.
Act as a remote finance business partner to Australian leadership.
