Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in PMO, procurement, business operations, finance, analytics, consulting, or a related function.
- Proven experience managing projects and programs within complex global organizations.
- Demonstrated experience managing savings tracking, benefits realization, and performance measurement activities.
- Advanced Excel, reporting, data analysis, and data interpretation capabilities.
- Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence and visualization platforms.
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, Coupa, or similar systems.
- Experience leading governance forums and coordinating action management across senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of reporting automation, dashboard development, and data visualization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to senior audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead PMO activities across procurement transformation programs, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
- Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action logs.
- Develop and maintain executive-level project status reporting, portfolio updates, roadmaps, and performance summaries.
- Maintain the procurement savings pipeline and benefits realization tracker, ensuring visibility into forecasted, validated, and realized savings.
- Partner with Finance to ensure consistent savings methodologies, reporting standards, transparency, and auditability.
- Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Lead and coordinate the Global Savings Review Board process, including governance materials, agendas, and reporting packs.
