Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, developer advocacy, developer support, or partner-facing engineering.
- Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, SDKs, and modern web or cloud technology stacks.
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or .NET.
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization patterns, including OAuth2 flows and service accounts.
- Knowledge of secure API integration and software development practices.
- Ability to create clean, maintainable, tested, and easy-to-understand sample code.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical concepts.
- Familiarity with Docker and modern cloud deployment patterns.
- Experience creating technical documentation or educational content is an asset.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or agentic AI concepts is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality sample applications, SDKs, reference implementations, and code examples that demonstrate development best practices.
- Develop developer-focused educational content, including tutorials, how-to guides, technical blog posts, and short demonstrations.
- Provide technical support and issue triage for partners and customers integrating APIs and platform services.
- Reproduce technical issues, investigate integration problems, and coordinate resolutions with engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide developer feedback and influence API design.
- Build reference implementations for Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and clients.
- Explore and apply agentic AI integration patterns.
- Use and validate generative AI tools to accelerate development deliverables.
