- Experience with two or more of Ruby, Python, TypeScript, or Java/Kotlin.
- A product mindset for internal platforms.
- Experience building governance, policy, or guardrail systems.
- Data-informed decision-making capabilities.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A collaborative spirit and passion for mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Build the shared AI tooling platform from the ground up.
- Accelerate developer productivity through AI-powered automation.
- Design and implement guardrails that keep developers on the golden path.
- Drive measurable adoption across a polyglot engineering organization.
- Define the standards and practices for AI-assisted engineering at Wealthsimple.
