Requirements
- 7+ years of overall technology experience.
- 5+ years of experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- 5+ successful ServiceNow deployments.
- 3+ ITSM or ITOM deployments.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- At least one Certified Implementation Specialist certification (ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, or Risk and Compliance).
- Extensive experience with Software Development Lifecycle and ServiceNow NowCreate methodology.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to identify client challenges and develop scalable solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, solution design, execution, and deployment of ServiceNow consulting services across ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, and Integrated Risk Management.
- Architect CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping strategies.
- Design Security Operations solutions including Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow security solutions and SIEM, SOAR, and threat intelligence platforms.
- Design IRM solutions covering policy, compliance, risk, and governance frameworks.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop repeatable technical solutions, accelerators, and reference architectures.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and direction to development teams.
- Establish ServiceNow development standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities including scoping, pricing, and demonstrations.
