Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software, cloud, or platform engineering.
- Recent hands-on experience building and operating LLM-based systems.
- Experience administering enterprise SaaS or AI platforms at scale.
- Working knowledge of commercial and open-weight LLMs, including prompt engineering and agentic architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), MCP gateways, or LLM gateways.
- Strong experience with AWS and GCP architecture, including IAM, networking, and secrets management.
- Experience with GitHub, version control, testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Strong Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
- Understanding of AI security and data governance fundamentals (least privilege, data classification, DLP).
- Ability to communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Administer enterprise AI and SaaS platforms, including provisioning, configuration, and tenant security.
- Build and maintain LLM gateway infrastructure, including model routing, authentication, and policy enforcement.
- Develop agentic workflows and integrations using internal APIs, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
- Architect and operate AI workloads across AWS and GCP using compute, networking, and IAM services.
- Monitor AI platform consumption and spending to support business-unit chargeback processes.
- Partner with Cybersecurity and AI Governance teams to enforce data handling, retention, and auditability.
