Requirements
- 5+ years as a senior software/systems architect, platform engineer, or senior backend/infrastructure engineer.
- Proven experience designing and shipping systems at scale in a real company environment.
- Depth in system design, API/service architecture, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure including AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
- Ability to diagnose and critique architecture live, explaining the rationale behind technical decisions.
- Strong technical communication skills for leading live sessions and providing written feedback.
- C1+ proficiency in English, as all instruction and reviews are conducted in English.
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day technical work.
Responsibilities
- Mentor students through 1:1 video calls, Q&A sessions, and group events.
- Host webinars and workshops on program topics, industry insights, and extracurricular skills.
- Review and assess student projects, providing clear, constructive feedback aligned with program standards.
- Engage with students on the Hub through written guidance and ongoing communication.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment that builds confidence and encourages interaction.
- Conduct Mock Interviews providing constructive feedback on technical responses and interview skills.
- Record instructional videos for the curriculum explaining key concepts and methodologies.
