Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years at director level or an equivalent senior leadership position.
  • 7+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience with deep expertise in threat intelligence, threat hunting, detection engineering, or incident response.
  • Proven record of taking products from strategy through successful market launch with measurable business results.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate cybersecurity strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Substantial knowledge of threat intelligence, threat hunting, and detection engineering practices.
  • Experience working with managed security services, managed detection and response, or security operations centers.
  • Understanding of emerging AI technologies and their applications in cybersecurity (e.g., LLMs, machine learning).
  • Strong strategic planning, prioritization, and portfolio management capabilities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder-management and influencing skills across matrixed teams.
  • Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring product leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the strategic vision, commercial strategy, and product roadmap for threat intelligence, threat hunting, detection engineering, and related AI initiatives.
  • Present product vision, strategic priorities, and roadmap direction to executive leadership, product teams, engineering leaders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Architecture and Security Research leadership to assess emerging capabilities and determine when new threat intelligence or detection technologies can deliver differentiated value.
  • Oversee the incubation and development of breakthrough threat detection capabilities designed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of security products.
  • Lead cross-functional product initiatives from strategic planning through execution, fostering experimentation, rapid iteration, and customer-focused innovation.
  • Collaborate across Security Research, Engineering, Sales, and Go-to-Market teams to build alignment and ensure effective execution.
  • Establish and monitor OKRs for threat intelligence, threat hunting, and detection initiatives in support of wider business goals.
  • Identify emerging threat patterns and translate research, analysis, and market insights into product strategy and investment priorities.
