Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, life sciences, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least five years of experience in SaaS implementation, client services, customer support, or project management.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent client projects with full accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience leading client meetings and presentations.
- Ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authority.
- Proven ability to learn complex software quickly and translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones.
- PMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certification is preferred.
- Three or more years of experience with enterprise SaaS solutions in the life sciences sector is preferred.
- Experience with regulated GxP environments and software validation is preferred.
- Knowledge of enterprise configuration, requirements management, and release processes is advantageous.
- Experience with project management and ticketing platforms like Wrike, JIRA, or Freshdesk is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead client implementations from business development handoff through requirements confirmation, configuration, validation, go-live, and transition to support.
- Serve as primary client contact, facilitating meetings and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project plans including milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across concurrent projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders such as implementation engineers, validation specialists, and account managers.
- Monitor project scope, budget, and quality, ensuring alignment with Statements of Work and contractual obligations.
- Facilitate configuration workflows, change control processes, and production readiness activities.
- Deliver system training and product demonstrations while contributing to instructional materials.
