Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, client services, customer support, or project management.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent client projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience leading client meetings and training.
- Ability to coordinate work across cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authority.
- Ability to learn complex software and explain functionality to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Wrike, JIRA, Freshdesk, or similar project management and ticketing tools.
- Professional, solutions-oriented approach to client relationship management.
- Availability to work assigned time zone schedule and travel to client sites as needed.
- Preferred: PMP or CAPM certification.
- Preferred: 3+ years experience with enterprise SaaS in the life sciences sector.
- Preferred: Experience with GxP environments and software validation deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Lead client implementations through kickoff, requirements confirmation, planning, configuration, validation, training, go-live, and transition to support.
- Serve as primary client contact, establish expectations, provide status updates, and document meetings.
- Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items across concurrent projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including implementation engineers, validation specialists, and Account Management.
- Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, and overall health, escalating risks with corrective actions.
- Facilitate configuration freezes, change control, and project closeout activities.
- Conduct system administration training and product demonstrations.
- Maintain project documentation in platforms like ACE, Wrike, JIRA, and Freshdesk.
