Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking support through phone, video, and email, providing responsive and professional assistance while working toward effective resolutions.
- Manage updates and changes to client systems with accuracy, consistency, and close attention to detail.
- Partner with Client Success Managers to build and configure new client applications according to requirements and established best practices.
- Review peer configurations to verify accuracy, consistency, and expected impact before changes are finalized.
- Troubleshoot client issues creatively and professionally while following established processes, best practices, and service-level agreements.
- Collaborate closely with teammates across the Client Support function to resolve issues, share knowledge, and maintain a high standard of service.
- Support the administration of government programs, including housing, disaster recovery, solar, and Treasury-related initiatives that have a direct impact on communities.
