Requirements

  • 2-5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on ownership and accountability.
  • Demonstrated product craft including problem framing and translation into executable requirements within an agile PDLC.
  • Strong eye for UX with the ability to articulate intuitive vs. broken experiences.
  • Comfort using data to inform decisions, measure outcomes, and drive actionable insights.
  • Clear, structured communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working with third-party platforms or vendors to ship product changes.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or Cursor.
  • Experience in fintech, consumer lending, or a regulated environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with loan servicing, payments, collections, or capital markets is a plus.
  • Experience with product experimentation or A/B testing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with BI tools and product analytics; SQL proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the discovery and delivery of borrower-facing servicing features, focusing on intuitive experiences for managing and repaying loans.
  • Partner with lender implementation teams to translate partner servicing requirements into product requirements and support go-live delivery.
  • Maintain and evolve the servicing platform configuration, including loan settings, borrower communications, and platform-level changes.
  • Drive initiatives that reduce delinquency and improve payment behavior, including self-service and enrollment experience improvements.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate workflow, including drafting documents, synthesizing research, analyzing data, and automating tasks.
  • Develop a working knowledge of loan sales, collections, and disbursement workflows.
