Job Details

2-5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on ownership and accountability.
Demonstrated product craft including problem framing and translation into executable requirements within an agile PDLC.
Strong eye for UX with the ability to articulate intuitive vs. broken experiences.
Comfort using data to inform decisions, measure outcomes, and drive actionable insights.
Clear, structured communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience working with third-party platforms or vendors to ship product changes.
Proficiency with AI-powered productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or Cursor.
Experience in fintech, consumer lending, or a regulated environment is a plus.
Familiarity with loan servicing, payments, collections, or capital markets is a plus.
Experience with product experimentation or A/B testing is a plus.
Familiarity with BI tools and product analytics; SQL proficiency is a plus.

Own the discovery and delivery of borrower-facing servicing features, focusing on intuitive experiences for managing and repaying loans.
Partner with lender implementation teams to translate partner servicing requirements into product requirements and support go-live delivery.
Maintain and evolve the servicing platform configuration, including loan settings, borrower communications, and platform-level changes.
Drive initiatives that reduce delinquency and improve payment behavior, including self-service and enrollment experience improvements.
Utilize AI tools to accelerate workflow, including drafting documents, synthesizing research, analyzing data, and automating tasks.
Develop a working knowledge of loan sales, collections, and disbursement workflows.
