Requirements
- 2-5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and frame problems clearly and drive delivery within an agile PDLC.
- Strong eye for UX and ability to partner effectively with design teams.
- Comfort using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
- Clear, structured communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with third-party platforms or vendors to ship product changes.
- Proficiency with AI-powered productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or Cursor.
Responsibilities
- Own the discovery and delivery of borrower-facing servicing features, focusing on intuitive experiences for managing and repaying loans.
- Partner with lender implementation teams to translate partner servicing requirements into product specifications.
- Support go-live delivery across credit union and bank partners.
- Maintain and evolve servicing platform configuration, including loan settings and borrower communications.
- Drive initiatives to reduce delinquency and improve payment behavior through self-service and enrollment improvements.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate workflows, research, and documentation.
- Develop working knowledge of loan sales, collections, and disbursement workflows.
