Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a post-secondary student in a business-related major.
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Workspaces.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-growing startup.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a 40-hour work week.
- Ability to maintain a minimum 6-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone.
- 1-2 work terms of previous experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review customer accounts to compile compelling evidence for bank disputes.
- Identify and/or contribute to process improvements.
- Participate in special projects such as building tools to combat chargebacks.
- Collaborate with data and engineering teams on business-related projects.
- Analyze chargeback data trends to eliminate risk factors and drive product improvements.
