- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- 1-2 years of work experience preferred
- Experience with data analysis preferred

- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work hard
- Available to work a 40-hour work week
- Maintain a minimum 6-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone
Responsibilities
- Review customer accounts in order to compile compelling evidence for customer disputes
- Assess and leverage data to gather insights on customer behavior and identify opportunities
- Monitor Fraud Dashboards to ensure proactive fraud mitigation efforts
- Participate in special projects related to fraud and chargebacks
