Requirements
- Several years of professional experience with React and TypeScript on large-scale applications.
- Deep understanding of performance optimization, including profiling and fixing slow rendering, re-renders, and bundle sizes.
- Experience building data-intensive interfaces with pagination, virtualization, and complex filtering.
- Strong knowledge of data fetching and client state management, including caching, polling, and streaming.
- Expertise in security practices for frontend applications, including rendering untrusted content and managing auth/sessions.
- Strong skills in information design to create dense but clear data views.
- Proficiency in accessibility standards, semantics, focus management, and keyboard navigation.
- Ability to read and understand backend API specs, queries, and code to facilitate troubleshooting.
- Experience with unit and end-to-end testing strategies.

Responsibilities
- Own the frontend end-to-end: Architect, build and ship the product UI, from whiteboarding with engineers through to the production code you'll go on maintaining.
- Show what the system is actually doing: Execution timelines, retries, queues, state, failures.
- Build for data at scale: Large result sets, live updates, filtering and search that hold up.
- Make it fast: Manage rendering cost, data loading, and perceived latency.
- Keep it safe to operate: Handle untrusted content, auth, and destructive actions securely.
- Push the interaction model further, focusing on keyboard navigation, deep links, and state management.
- Grow the shared component library to ensure product coherence.
- Work closely with design and engineering to iterate from first sketch to shipped code.
