Requirements
- 10+ years Product Management experience with a strong emphasis on whole product methodologies including Product Marketing aspects
- Working AV system design knowledge specifically in video systems leveraging AV-over-IP technology in the installed AV industry
- Experience with AV-over-IP video products, technologies and systems
- Experience in agile development and high-throughput product development cycles
- Demonstratable AV system design skills, certifications and knowledge in one or more of the following: Q-SYS, Crestron, Visionary Solutions, and similar AV-over-IP systems
- Degree in Engineering or Business discipline
- Experience in managing OEM/ODM relationships is a plus
- AIPMM certification is a plus
- Prior technical AV sales experience e.g. with an integrator, manufacturer, rep firm is a plus
Responsibilities
- Create product roadmaps based on usability studies, VOC competitive research, and internal collaboration with the development team
- Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents and Market Requirement Documents
- Develop business cases and own the accountability for the financial plan for your products and portfolio
- Author detailed product requirements for Audinate's engineering teams and OEM/ODM partners
- Share your vision through product demonstrations to stakeholders
- Support sales and marketing in defining rollout strategies and marketing campaigns
- Monitor product financial and quality metrics - utilizing data to improve product performance and capabilities
- Keep abreast of competitive landscape and technology trends
- Tradeshow management and leadership selling of your product lines
