Requirements
- Deep experience designing Headless CMS and JAMstack architectures.
- Expertise in Sanity, including Content Lake, Sanity Studio, and schema design.
- Architect-level proficiency in Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Proven experience executing content migrations from legacy CMS (e.g., Drupal) to modern headless stacks.
- Ability to design content models for complex multisite/multi-brand environments.
- Experience integrating CMS platforms with external systems.
- Experience overseeing development teams using AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code).
- Fluent English (C1+) for client communication and workshop facilitation.
Responsibilities
- Design target architecture and data models using Sanity, Next.js, and Vercel.
- Define component structures and schemas.
- Develop and oversee content migration strategies from legacy systems.
- Provide technical oversight for the program and ensure code quality.
- Manage agent-assisted delivery workflows and verify outputs from AI agents.
- Collaborate with client architects and the Sanity team.
- Lead decision-making processes for architectural design.
- Mentor engineering team members and resolve technical challenges.
