Requirements
- Experience in designing headless CMS and JAMstack architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of Sanity (Content Lake, Studio, content schema design).
- Expert-level proficiency in Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Experience leading content migration strategies (e.g., from Drupal to headless).
- Proven experience migrating existing CMS platforms to headless architecture.
- Experience designing content models for multisite/multi-brand environments.
- Experience integrating CMS with external third-party systems.
- Experience managing teams using AI tools for coding and verifying their results.
- English language proficiency at C1 level or higher for client communication and workshops.
- Strong understanding of dataset architecture (shared vs. per-brand).
Responsibilities
- Design target architecture based on Sanity, Next.js, and Vercel.
- Design content models and architecture for multisite/multi-brand environments.
- Define dataset models and component schemas.
- Lead content migration strategy from legacy CMS to modern headless stack.
- Provide technical oversight and ensure code quality.
- Manage and verify output from AI-assisted development teams (e.g., Claude Code) including code reviews.
- Design and supervise integrations with external systems.
- Collaborate with Sanity team and client architects.
- Conduct technical workshops and decision gates.
- Mentor the engineering team.
