Requirements
- Background in property maintenance, residential/commercial refurbishments, or construction.
- Experience in roles such as Project Manager, Estimator, or Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong understanding of building services, trade workflows, and client expectations.
- Proven ability managing project costs and quoting for works.
- Excellent communication skills for dealing with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects and quotes.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft 365.
- Proactive self-starter with an ownership mentality.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise effectively.
- Must have a work station equipped with 2 screens.
Responsibilities
- Identify and win new clients through outbound engagement, referrals, and networking.
- Convert inbound leads into retained accounts with ongoing project pipelines.
- Attend site visits or coordinate engineer attendance for quote scoping.
- Write and issue clear, itemised, step-by-step quotes using CRM system.
- Schedule jobs in the CRM ensuring correct trade, geography, and availability.
- Coordinate materials, access arrangements, and client communications.
- Act as single point of contact for the client throughout the job lifecycle.
- Ensure jobs are invoiced within 24 hours of completion and chase client payments.
- Hit weekly and monthly KPIs including revenue, jobs booked, and quote turnaround.
