Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical role with strong backend, API, and cloud infrastructure foundations
- 2+ years shipping production AI systems with real users and real stakes
- Hands-on experience with production LLM applications including RAG and agentic systems
- Proficiency in Python
- Comfortable working across the full stack
- High agency and a hardcore work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, pragmatic engineering environment
Responsibilities
- Own AI features end-to-end including agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and production infrastructure
- Build evaluation frameworks and experimentation loops for reliable production-grade AI systems
- Apply LLMs to high-stakes, structured financial data
- Partner with product and domain experts to enhance ERP capabilities
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable AI architectures
