Requirements
- University degree preferably in Computer Science, scientific, or economics field.
- Fluency in German (C1+).
- Experience in requirement engineering, software testing, support, or software development.
- Analytical and result-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of UML, XML / XSD, SQL, usability, and accessibility is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and the development team.
- Analyze, refine, and document user and system requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead workshops and decision-making processes.
- Perform software testing, user training, and maintain project documentation.
- Handle 3rd-level support requests.
- Participate in project management and reporting activities.
