Requirements
- Must be provisionally licensed in Massachusetts and seeking independent licensure.
- Must be a graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
- Must be currently living in Massachusetts.
- Must be willing to travel in-person for an initial supervision session.
- Graduate or post-graduate experience treating depression and anxiety.
- Experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to DSM-5 (preferred).
- Consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
- Proficiency with telehealth and EHR software.
- Commitment to working as a behavioral health generalist treating diverse client populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth therapy sessions to clients.
- Conduct intakes and diagnose clients according to current DSM-5 standards.
- Maintain a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability.
- Utilize modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- Participate in clinical support, monthly case consultations, and community activities.
