Requirements
- Hands-on experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- Deep, hands-on experience building with agentic AI, including MCPs, agent frameworks, or tool-using LLMs.
- Solid working understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native operations.
- Ability to quickly become productive in an unfamiliar business domain.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customer stakeholders and engineers.
- Experience with developer relations, workshops, or technical enablement is a strong plus.
- Ability to comfortably align parts of the workday with Europe (UTC +/- 2 hours).
- Comfort with ambiguity and defining new processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with a customer as their embedded expert to design, build, and ship working agentic solutions.
- Quickly understand customer domains and identify business outcomes deliverable via AI/agentic workflows.
- Design and build proof-of-concepts and production-track agentic workflows using MCPs, skills, and the company agent platform.
- Act as a customer-side expert, translating platform capabilities for customer engineering teams.
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams through devrel-style enablement, workshops, and pairing.
- Feed patterns and product gaps back to the internal product team.
- Support pre-sales conversations by scoping AI use cases and building examples for prospects.
