Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or current studies in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and software development lifecycles.
- Basic exposure or hands-on experience using project management software like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English B2+/C1 required).
- High sense of ownership and willingness to learn fast.
- Basic familiarity with software concepts including APIs, web/mobile apps, and QA testing.
- Previous experience in an internship, project coordination, or Scrum Master support role is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools for productivity is a plus.
- CAPM, PSM I, or Scrum Master fundamental certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
- Maintain and organize user stories, tasks, and project documentation in Jira and Confluence.
- Identify and track potential project risks and blockers to support team progress.
- Draft meeting summaries, action items, and weekly progress reports for clients and internal teams.
- Track project status, deadlines, and basic team metrics.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to streamline administrative tasks and project documentation.
