Requirements
- 5+ years work experience in an information security practitioner or solution consulting role.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales capacity.
- Extensive experience in client-facing roles consulting with C-level and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals including networking, databases, software development, and hardware.
- Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards.
- Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux, security tools like SIEM, firewalls, IDS, and public cloud environments.
- Experience leading technical presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value in a jargon-free manner.
- Customer Success experience is highly desirable.
- CISSP certification is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Identify and define prospective customers’ technical requirements and use-cases.
- Engage C-level executives and technical teams through solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Act as a security advisor by building cyber skills programs and facilitating crisis simulations.
- Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews to drive platform adoption and account health.
- Collaborate with internal product, content, and engineering teams as the voice of the customer.
- Provide executive-level reports and insights to assist with account expansion.
