Requirements
- 6-10 years of consumer-facing Product Management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
- Deep expertise in A/B test design and quantitative metric analysis.
- Ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Solid understanding of modern technology stacks to partner effectively with engineering teams.
- History of successful cross-functional team building.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a globally distributed, remote work environment.
- Experience in B2C subscriptions, Job Boards, or AI-driven products is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a high-impact product roadmap for ExpertApply in partnership with leadership, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Analytics.
- Champion a mobile-first strategy to optimize the application funnel, drive adoption, and launch the dedicated mobile app.
- Design, execute, and interpret rigorous A/B tests across product and marketing channels to optimize growth.
- Collaborate with Email Marketing to leverage job alerts for improved user retention.
- Synthesize market trends, competitive analysis, quantitative metrics, and user research into actionable product features.
