Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building consumer-facing products across frontend and backend.
- Experience using AI coding agents daily.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Proficiency in TypeScript across the stack.
- Experience with Node.js (NestJS or equivalent) on the backend.
- Experience with React and Next.js on the frontend.
- Solid grounding in event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with Python, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ.
- Experience with AWS (EKS, ArgoCD) and canary deployments.
- Familiarity with Grafana and Sentry for observability.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship product features across the full stack using AI coding tools.
- Take ownership of features end to end, from development through deployment.
- Utilize AI-facilitated QA processes and tooling to maintain high engineering quality.
- Write clean, reliable, and performant code with a strong sense of accountability.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to foster a culture of high standards and fast iteration.
