- Strong writing fundamentals including grammar and clarity.
- Ability to match tone across email, SMS, and web formats.
- Eagerness to learn retention and lifecycle marketing copywriting.
- Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and mentorship.
- Ability to manage multiple copy requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Write emails, SMS, and in-app messaging to drive membership renewals.
- Partner with Membership Directors to create persuasive reoffer and downsell messaging.
- Convert member testimonials and success stories into compelling campaign proof points.
- Support lifecycle content creation including landing pages, one-pagers, and sequences.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and messaging to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with senior copywriters and mentors to ensure brand consistency.
