Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in the travel industry.
- Expertise in at least one Global Distribution System (GDS).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Solid understanding of JSON, XML, web services, and SQL databases.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage ambiguity, and handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain accurate, high-quality documentation for processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify and design custom end-to-end technical automation workflows.
- Connect processes across enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.
- Maintain, update, and perform system maintenance on travel technology applications.
- Document automation designs for governance and audit purposes.
- Provide technical consultative guidance and resolve complex issues for internal and external clients.
- Manage projects and collaborate with third-party vendors and internal departments.
- Prepare progress reports and status updates for leadership.
