Requirements
- 3+ years of collections experience with a high volume of accounts (minimum 500 accounts)
- 1+ years of experience with Oracle Financials software
- Intermediate Excel skills (Lookups and Pivot Tables)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Reliable, high-speed internet
- Must be able to sit for long periods and handle long periods of screen time
Responsibilities
- Monitor customer account details for nonpayment, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Follow up on past-due accounts and collect payments via email and phone
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to expedite collections
- Negotiate payment arrangements and recommend write-offs under management supervision
- Maintain, review, and analyze A/R aging reports with periodic status updates
- Support the AR team with ad-hoc projects
