Requirements
- Experience supporting Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Experience supporting Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience supporting Microsoft Purview, specifically Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and sensitivity labels.
- Experience supporting Entra and Active Directory.
- Experience with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
- Strong Office experience, particularly with Excel.
- Good communication (oral and written) and customer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger group.
- Experience with JIRA application (preferred).
- Experience supporting Exchange Server Subscriber Edition (preferred).
- Experience with Copilot and Copilot Studio (preferred).
- Experience working in and supporting a GCC High environment (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Support Microsoft 365 platform including Office applications, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, and Purview (DLP).
- Design and develop solutions for applications as new use cases and capabilities emerge.
- Handle user tickets and incidents.
- Prioritize deliverables and coordinate with stakeholders for task and schedule planning.
- Streamline deployment workflows and optimize efficiency using DevOps delivery pipeline tools and processes.
- Collaborate with security, identity, and engineering teams on group initiatives.
