Requirements
- B.A. / B.S. degree in engineering, business, finance, economics, data analytics, information systems, construction management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, business analytics, or a related function.
- Demonstrated experience conducting quantitative analyses and developing recommendations from business data.
- Demonstrated experience developing professional presentations, analytical models, dashboards, or business reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong understanding of business analysis, strategic planning, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience with business process mapping, workflow development, and continuous improvement practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and leadership across multiple organizational levels.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and visualization platforms (strongly preferred).
- Experience within the architecture, engineering, and/or construction industry (strongly preferred).
Responsibilities
- Independently structure and lead quantitative and qualitative analyses in support of departmental strategic priorities.
- Gather, organize, and synthesize information from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
- Document and map current-state business processes and lead development of future-state workflows.
- Build process maps, templates, trackers, and workflows to support new and improved processes.
- Develop clear, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and materials for leadership and executive audiences.
- Maintain initiative plans, milestones, action items, dashboards, and status reporting.
- Provide analytical guidance and quality review for work produced by junior analysts on shared initiatives.
